Position: General Manager – Expatriate:

Qualifications:
- Engineering qualification and relevant mechanical technical training
- Must possess requisite technical knowledge and experience in the scheduling, management, repair, servicing and maintenance of construction plants, machinery, trucks and equipment
- Minimum of 12-15 yrs cognate experience in maintenance of construction equipment
- Excellent managerial and interpersonal skis, and utilisation of initiative very imperative.
- Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite,
- Professional Membership and Registration with C.O.R.EN is an added advantage,
Responsibilities
- This is a management position and recipient will be reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer.
- Recipient will be responsible for the effective management of the company machinery, equipment, trucks. plants etc. to ensure effective serviceability and readiness for utilisation and deployment to sites as required I at all times.
- Ensure appropriate scheduling for maintenance of all machinery.
- Ensure effective strategy for equipment procurement and supply chain management and vendor suitability.
- Ensure effective manpower utilisation and selection for personnel within area of jurisdiction.
Position: Site / Project Engineer:
Reference: SPE 02
Qualifications:
- First Degree from accredited institution of Higher teaming/University – B.Sc, B.Eng, HND in Civil Engineering
- Minimum of six (6) years demonstrable practical experience on road works construction, Bridges, general civil works installations.
- Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite – Excel, Words, Corel draw. Power Point, AutoCAD,
- Professional Membership and Registration with C.O.R.E.N compulsory.
Responsibilities
- This person will be responsible for the site supervision and management of assigned resources to ensure effective and timely delivery of project work in accordance with specification and quality in a cost effective and timely manner.
- Must be a strong adherent to Safety, Health and Environmental issues. Candidate should be mature, astute and business like with excellent supervisory skills and attention to details.
