Vacancies: Loaders, Packing Plant Attendant, Shift Manager
Due to recent expansion and improvement in our operational effectiveness, the Company is seeking highly motivated and competent Manpower to fill the positions below:
Position: Loaders
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Loading of cement into trucks
- Adhere to safety rules and regulations
- Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Minimum Qualification
- Applicants should have FSLC plus 2 years post qualification experience.
Position: Packing Plant Attendant
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Serves as bagman
- Ensures return of cement spillage to the plant
- Maintaining the packing plant and screw worm floors
- Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Minimum Qualification
Applicant should have FSLC plus 2 years post qualification experience.
Position: Shift Manager
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure optimal operations of the mill
- Adequate supervision of the shift duty crew
- Manages the activities of the various shifts in the mill
- Preparation of duty roster
- Prioritizing job for the shift crew
- Ensuring adherence to safety rules and regulations
- Any other duties that may be assigned to him from time to time.
Minimum Qualification
- Applicants must have B.sc/HND, or B.Eng. in Mechanical, Chemical and Production engineering or its equivalent with 5 years relevant post qualification experience.
