Position: Maintenance Manager NMT/H/MM
(MAINTENANCE)
Job Description
- Candidates will be responsible for coordinating all equipment maintenance activities involving plant and machineries, electrical / electronics, auto-mobile and fire services maintenance,
- Plan, organize, and supervise the plant facility maintenance operations,
- Initiate, implement and manage the plant maintenance programs based on best practices in the iron & steels industry.
- Coordinate, assigns, directs, daily, weekly, monthly and annual maintenance schedule for the plant
- Responsible for training employees on equipment, task procedures, work standards and proper safety procedures -Develops specifications and make recommendations on capital equipment purchases.
- Maintain appropriate documentation of maintenance schedules, equipment installations, structural repairs, work orders and other operating reports for all NMT facility.
Requirements
- B.Sc/HND Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines with 12 years hands on experience in Equipment and Production Plant Maintenance, Higher qualifications and membership of relevant professional bodies will be an added advantage.
Position: Maintenance Supervisor (Mechanical): NMT/H/MS/M
(MAINTENANCE)
Job Description
- Candidates will be responsible for planning of materials (consumables) and spare parts for machine maintenance. Execution of routine maintenance programs including weekly preventive maintenance,
- Coordinate or install, inspects, repairs and maintain the mechanical installation in the plant
- Coordinate and inspect major contract works on mechanical systems within the plant
- Keeps time card and other routine records for plant maintenance
Requirements
- B.Sc/HND Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines with 7 years hands on experience in Equipment and Production Plant Maintenance.
- Higher qualifications and membership of relevant professional bodies will be an added advantage
- Ability to install, inspect, repair and maintain the mechanical and related systems in a massive plant facility is a must.
- Must be able to understand complex written and oral instructions.
