Position: Managing Director
The candidate for the position of Managing Director must possess the following minimum personal attributes:

- Strong organizational and marketing skills
- Financial literacy
Job Summary:
- Generating business ideas and organizing teams to follow through from conception to planning and execution
- Creating and managing partnership platforms
- Organizing and managing assets, including the brand equity, for a profit
- Creating and managing structures/processes for sustainable growth
- Providing direction for innovation and content development and strategies for delivery
- Providing leadership to make the company one of Africa’s most profitable education companies within two years
Qualifications:
- A good first degree in any discipline.
- A Masters degree, with experience in managing a medium sized start-up, will be an advantage.
