Our client, a part of an internationally active Industrial Group with substantial interest in Manufacturing and Marketing of high quality electrical products, seeks the services of suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below at a newly created subsidiary
Position: Managing Director
Reporting to the Board of Directors, the Managing Director (MD) has responsibility to develop and deliver stretching objectives towards the achievement of the Strategic agenda of the Group
The MD will be responsible for efficient deployment of all organizational resources towards attaining and sustaining excellent customer service delivery
Person Specifications
- B.Sc degree (2nd Class minimum) in Science/Social Sciences or Engineering
- Cognate experience of no less than 12 years, 5 of which must have been at Management level
- Work experience in the power sector will be a distinct advantage
- Capability in preparing and operating business plans and capital budgets
- Mature individual with proven track record of effective team coordination and leadership
- Experience in working within multinational companies
- High level personal integrity and commitment to excellence
