Position: Moulders / Sand Mix Operators; NMT/B/MSM

 

(FOUNDRY)

Job Description

  • Candidates will be responsible for sand mixing for mould and core making and assembly.
  • performs variety of function such as mixing materials, assembling mould parts, filling moulds and stacking moulds to mould and cast a wide range of products etc

 

 

Requirements

  • OND Metallurgical Engineering/ City & Guilds of London with minimum of 5 experi­ence in Foundry Moulding Practice

 

Position: Melting Supervisor: NMT/B/MS II

 

(FOUNDRY)

 

Job Description

  • Responsible for melting and metal control through planning and writing of proce­dure for ferrous and non- ferrous metal and alloys castings.
  • Responsible for chemical and metallographic analysis of materials and suggestion for improvement when necessary.
  • Supervise charge preparation.

 

 

Requirements

  • B.Sc / HND Metallurgical Sciences and Material Engineering with Minimum of 7 year experience or OND/ City & Guilds of London with minimum of 10 years experience in Foundry Practice or steel plant in the areas of melting shop
  • Must have sound knowledge in melting process, operation of induction furnaces, hot metal handling, chemistry of metals, manpower handling and shop floor man­agement etc
