Position: Operation Manager
Qualification and Experience:
- A first degree in any relevant discipline.
- At least five years post – qualification experience, one of which must have been spent in a similar managerial role leading logistics, shipping, operations, aid finance.
Reports: Successful candidate will report to the Managing Director.
Responsibilities:
- Strategist/Business Partner: Will participate in business planning process and monitor overall distribution operations to meet set budgets, timelines and business objectives.
- Operations Policy Monitor: Will ensure compliance to business partners’ agreed process, policies and national laws of operations.
- People Manager/Coach: Will provide leadership, guidance and support to the entire process unit.
- Relationship Manager: Will ensure good social atmosphere and good relationships with the sales team
Competencies Required:
- Good team player, planner, distribution & Logistics expert, Negotiator, Outstanding budget management skills, finance supervision.
- Innovative and creative, Integrity and reliability, Leadership, FMCG industry Knowledge, Excellent communication skill and Performance driven.
