Position: Production Manager (Feed Mill)
Key Responsibilities/Qualifications
The incumbent will be oversee, the Feed Mill & Farm business; daily production activities for Fish feed and Chicken feed; planning, strategies and implementation at least cost production and also implement the company’s short & long term plans for Poultry Farm, Fish pond, piggery and Crop farm.
- A BSC or HND in Animal Production & Health or Animal Science/Animal Nutrition
- Minimum of J 0 years experience in Animal Production, Feed formulation/ Production
- At least minimum of 5 years managerial experience
- Must possess a masters degree in Animal Nutrition or related fields
- A Professional qualification and Administrative competence is an added advantage
- Must have a good knowledge of the use of Extruder Machine, Sinking Feed Machine, Poultry Feed Machine and Pelletizer.
Position: Poultry Farm Supervisor
Key Responsibilities/Qualifications
The incumbent will be oversee the Farm Business; daily production activities for Poultry, Fishery and Piggery
- A BSC or HND in Animal Production & Health or Animal Science/Animal Nutrition
- Minimum of 5 years experience in Animal Production, Feed formulation/ Production
- Doctor of Vet Medicine (DVM)will be an advantage
- Must be able to raise birds from day old chicks to laying period with less supervisor
- Additional qualification be an added advantage.
Position: Head, Engineering Department
Key Responsibilities/Qualifications
- Will have overall responsibility for supervising the engineering department covering project management, equipment testing, equipment maintenance and the research units.
- Through these units, he is to ensure that security systems design & installation for customers are property handled:
- Equipment purchased are tested and confirmed okay before customers take delivery;
- Solutions for faulty products are executed to customers’ satisfaction, etc:
- First degree/HND in Engineering, preferably Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
- Minimum of 10 years practical work experience in engineering/project management, out of which 5 years must be in a managerial position.
- Project management certification will be added advantage.
- Industry knowledge will be a definite plus.
