Position- Production Manager

Job Requirement

  • Good knowledge/Hands on experience as production Manager in a Noodles Producing company, he is expected to co-ordinate the production process and draw up production schedule, he is to liaise with the Factory Manager to work out the human and material resources needed and co-ordinate them for effective production. He is also to liaisewith the QC and QA Departments to ensure quality standards are maintained inter-alia.

  • Proactive and not reactive
  • Good communication skills
  • Good leadership skills

 

Qualification:

  • BSC/HND Engineering, Biochemistry. Food science, Microbiology or Chemistry.

 

Experience

  • At least 5yrs working experience in reputable food industry with preference to a
  • NOODLE producing company in the same position or as an Assistant Production Manager.
  • Should have knowledge of GMP/HACCP

Salary- Competitive and within the range in food and beverage industries.

 

Position- Production Supervisors

Job Requirement

  • Good knowledge/hands on experience as Production Supervisor/Officer in a NOODLE producing company. To ensure effective management of manpower available for the day’s job and ensure free flow of production target set is attained and constant monitoring of the personnel during production hour among other things.

  • Good leadership skills

Qualification

  • BSC/HND or Diploma in Biochemistry, Food Science, Microbiology or Chemistry.

 

Experience

  • At least 5yrs working experience in REPUTABLE FMCG/Food & beverage company. Experience in NOODLE producing company will be an advantage.
  • Competitive and within the range in foods & beverage industries.
