Position: Project Manager
Role
- Will be responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating projects according to predetermined timelines and budgets. Building and managing project teams, reporting to the Senior Project Manager, and ensuring quality control throughout project life-cycles are central to this position.
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage project development from initiation to closure.
- Be accountable for project results along with project sponsor.
- Work with project sponsor and stakeholders to complete project charter outlining, scope, goals, deliverables, required resources, budget and timing.
Position: Civil, Structural, Mechanical & Electrical Engineers
Role
- Will be involved with the design, development and construction of a huge range of projects, sometimes working on multiple concurrent projects. Their role is central to ensuring the safe, timely and well-resourced completion of projects in their respective disciplines.
Primary Responsibilities
- Undertaking technical and feasibility studies and site investigations
- Developing detailed designs
- Assessing the potential risks of specific projects, as well as undertaking risk management in specialist roles
Position: Executive and Project Drivers
Role
- Performs work in the operation of a vehicle to ensure safe transportation of staffs to and from various destinations.
Primary Responsibilities
- Drives an assigned route to transport individuals to and from various locations and work sites.
- Assumes responsibility for care and maintenance of vehicle: washes & cleaning interior; reporting issues with the vehicle and taking them for maintenance and repairs.
- Performs related duties as required
