Project officers and Field Supervisors in a Reputable Non-governmental Organization

A Nongovernmental Organization that focuses on development programmes and working in partnership with USAID requires the services of the following professionals for immediate employment

 

Position: Project officers and Field Supervisors

 

Locations: Bauchi, Kano and Sokoto state

 

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Will pay intensive M&E visits to communities and project sites across their respective states and oversee all ongoing projects and activities.
  • Will collate, collect and share information, document and prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports for on ward submission to     organization
  • Applicants must have very strong background in any of the following areas
  • Agriculture, Water and Sanitation, Geology, Hygiene and Sanitation, Micro credit, Skills acquisition and vocational training of women and groups, Education, Adult learning etc

 

Desired qualities are:

  • Excellent writing and communication skills in English and Hausa; Demonstrated skills in public relations
  • Excellent computer skills, including ability to do communication research on the computer (Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, desktop publishing, Internet Research);

 

Qualification:

  • Minimum of B.Sc/BA/ HND and 3 years working experience in related organization for project officers
  • Minimum of OND/ Vocational Training Acquisition Certificates or 5 years working experience in related capacity for Field supervisors
