Position: Quality Manager
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage the EWMA system within the BCC operations environment. Provide daily reporting on EWMA data.
- Manage diaper laboratory environment.
- Conduct regular testing of products.
- Ensure compliance to ISO 9001 requirements
P&TD
- Lead product qualification process
- Co-ordinate marketing and operations activities with regards to new product and packaging development.
- Set and lead trial schedules, trial requests, trial plans, testing, and trial reports.

- Analytical Thinking Skills
Qualification:
- BSC degree in Quality Assurance Management or a Statistics qualification with a minimum of five years experience within a FMCG manufacturing environment.
- Computer literacy, SAP/R3 knowledge and experience will be an advantage.
Position: Production Manager
Main Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the production process, drawing up a production schedule.
- Ensuring that the production is cost effective.
- Making sure that products are produced on time and are of good quality.
- Working out the human and material resources needed.
- Estimating costs and setting the quality standards.
- Monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed.
- Being responsible for the selection and maintenance of equipment.
- Monitoring product standards and implementing quality-control programmes.
- Liaising among different departments, e.g. Quality, Engineering
- Ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed
- Supervising and motivating a team of workers
- Coaching team members

- Lean Manufacturing Skills
- Diaper Production and Quality Knowledge
- Process Knowledge
Qualification:
- Minimum of a B.Sc./HND in either Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or Operations management.
- Minimum of 10 years experience on high speed manufacturing equipment of which at least 5 years must be at a Managerial level.
- Previous knowledge of Diaper machines will be a clear advantage.
