Position: Sales and Marketing Manager
The successful candidate is to be the Chief Sales and Customer Officer, Managing Leading and Directing a team of Regional Sales Managers, Medical Representatives and Product Manager/Marketing Support staff to Deliver corporate sales and market objectives. A key plank of his responsibility is business Development both within Trade and Institutions.
Qualification:
- B. Pharm
- An MBA is a Definite advantage
- 15 years in the industry, the last 3 must be head of Sales/Marketing, Senior Regional Managers (minimum of 5yrs as a Sales Manager) with experience in at least 2 geographical zone may also apply.
- Proven track record of performance
- Strong analytical skills with ability to develop and design processes and policies
- Demonstrate knowledge of Pan -Nigeria Pharmaceutical distribution network
Position: Regional Sales Managers (West and Lagos/Ogun)
Successful candidates will be regional Chief Sales and Business Development Officer for their respective regions. He/She will LEAD AND
MANAGE a team of Medical Representatives and deliver regional sales and marketing objectives. He must be a self-starter with a focus on
DELIVERING RESULTS through the trade, institutions and alternate channels
Qualifications:
- B Pharm, with minimum of 7-yr post qualification experience in the Pharma industry with at least 2-year as Area/Regional Sales Manager
- B.Sc in Biological Sciences with 8-year experience, 2 of which must be as a sales Manager may also apply
- High integrity index
- MBA is a definite advantage
- Senior Medical Reps, at least 5 years experience in multi-national environment and in-depth knowledge of the region may also apply
- Applicants must show demonstrable track record of performance
- Possession of hospital detailing experience is compulsory
- Must be willing, able and qualified to drive.
