Position: Sales Manager:
The Role
Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Director and working as the head of a 35 men strong sales team, you will have the passion to grow existing, and source, win and develop new business. This is a demanding but rewarding position and involves a structured sales approach. This role involves intense travel nationwide to representatives and customers.
Candidates must possess a Bachelor in Pharmacy Degree, an MBA will be an added advantage.
The individual:
- Must hold a similar position in his/her present place of employment.
- Between the ages of 35 – 45 years.
- Must possess minimum Ten years (10) post qualification experience, of which at least Five (5) years spent managing teams involved in Sales of core pharmaceutical products.
- Must display clear understanding of the present trends and the needs of the changing market
- Must display skills that will enable him/her lead the team towards the company’s set objectives
- Possess a highly analytical mind and be good team player
- Must have a strong brand development track record and be versatile in information technology (I.T)
