Position: Sales/Marketing Executives: NMT/J/SME
(SALES/MARKETING)
Job description
- Prepare and deliver marketing plans within key objectives
- Conduct market research and competitors analysis as well as asses viability of potential new products of me company
- Develop strategies and deliver excellent sales and after sales service to maximize sales, customers satisfaction and retention
- Forecast sales volume, profit margin and net profit as well as achieve clearly defined mutually agreed revenue/gross profit targets
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Engineering, Purchasing or other related discipline with 5 years hands on industry experience.
Position: Quantity Surveyor / Civil Engineer NMT/K/QSCE
(FACILITIES)
Job Description
- Planning, scheduling, monitoring and execution of projects by ensuring quality legal aspects, cost effectiveness and timely completion of projects -Responsible for construction drawing management. Machinery planning, material and labour procurement planning
- Ensures that the requirements of specifications in regard to materials and workmanship are complied with by contractors.
- Ensure that finished works are free from defects, tested and set properly
- Maintain complete records of work done on site
- Prepare monthly material reconciliation and bill certification for projects
Requirements
- B.Tech, B.Sc/HND Civil Engineering Technology or related disciplines with 7 years hands on experience in facility management.
- Higher qualification and membership of relevant professional bodies will be added advantage.
- Candidate must be able to review and interpret construction drawings and specifications
