An Abuja-Based Training and Capacity Building Organisation seeks to employ suitable qualified candidate to fill the position below:
Position: Training and Research Manager
- The candidates for this position must be knowledge in contemporary business management in the training and capacity building industry with strong leadership. Strategy and communication skills.
- He/She must be able to coordinate, plan and strategize with measurable goals attainment.
- He/She must be able to develop suitable. Viable and marketable training programmes.
- He/She must be able ready to be involved in the marketing of training proposals.
- He/She must be able to train in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work with minimum supervision.
Qualification:
- Must be a degree holder in any relevant discipline
- Must have at least 5 years working experience in Microsoft Office
- Computer literate with competence in Microsoft Office
- Attendance of the CMD Basic management Train-the-Trainer course is preferable
- Not more than 40 years.
