We require suitably qualified candidates to fill the positions below:

 

Position: Group Head, Brands.

 

Skill & Experience Requirements:-

  • Candidate must have a minimum of 7 years (post NYSC) brand management experience, part of which must be in an Ethical/Controlled FMCG company.
  • The job holder must also have a good understanding of an Advertising agency process.
  • The ideal candidate must be a graduate of any of the Social Sciences or core sciences, and must have good analytical, planning, presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Possession of an MBA or Professional certification in Marketing will be an added advantage.
  • Membership of APCON is mandatory.
  • Candidate must possess the ability to evaluate complex projects and Recommend/implement sound solutions that will positively impact the business.
  • Candidate must have a proven track record of excellent strategic thinking.

 

Responsibilities

The responsibilities for this role include but not limited to;

  • Provide clear direction for brand development, and moving the brand forward by developing clear cut strategies.
  • Stimulate winning business strategies to ensure growth and sustenance of profitability.
  • Monitor on-going jobs and ensure prompt execution.
  • Participate fully in the development and presentation of well thought-out proposals on marketing communications relevant to brand objectives.
  • Ensure proper execution of special projects and events such as product Launches and Consumer promotions.

 

Position: Manager, Trade /Channel Marketing

  • Candidate must have a proven track record of excellent strategic thinking, and be able to demonstrate good understanding of Trade dialogue.

The responsibilities on this role include but not limited to:

  • Contributes to the development and implementation of unique trade engagement strategies.
  • Responsible for the quality of the Trade output and committed to excellence at all times.
  • Develops a mutual understanding with the Client in managing a project, so that budget
  • is adequate, timing is realistic and objectives are reasonable.
  • Provides total understanding and support to the team which fosters an environment for excellence
