Responsibilities:
As Marketing Executives, successful candidates will lead in the marketing of the Institute’s products and programmes in their areas of coverage with the following specific responsibilities.
- Plan, develop and execute marketing strategies in line with the vision and mission of the organization.
- Plan and execute effective penetration of the market and ensure achievement of targets.
- Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets.
- Initiate market research studies and analyze their findings.
- Initiate strategic partnerships that will strengthen our position in the market.
- Promote and sell all the organization’s programmes and services.
- Prepare/make presentations and proposals.
- Identify and resolve clients’ complaints and enquiries promptly.
Personal Attributes
The ideal candidate should possess the following:
- A minimum of B.Sc/HND in Marketing from any University/Polytechnic.
- Possession of a higher degree in Marketing with membership of the Marketing institute will be an added advantage.
- Must have minimum of five (5) years experience in similar position.
- Must have excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills, be resilient and be able to work under pressure.
- Must be computer literate.
