Position: Business Development Manager- Dredging
Minimum Qualification:
- Candidates must have B.Sc/B.Eng. in Geology/ Engineering with minimum of 10 years cognate experience in Oil and Gas with at least 5 years in Dredging.
- Very good knowledge and understanding of the Dredging industry in Nigeria and West Africa landscape and the basic guiding statutory laws will be an added advantage.
- Candidates should have strong links to industry and knowledge of the business drivers for our key markets
Job Description
- Support strategic objectives by leading all marketing, business development and sales initiatives to identify and develop new accounts and maximize sales with existing accounts
- Directly participate in strategic business planning, market analysis, customer relationship development and contract negotiations for the Company related to Dredging
- Manage the market research and reporting infrastructure such that aid informed decision making and strategy development
- Identify market opportunities and position the company to take advantage of such opportunities
- Develop new market opportunities for additional product volumes coming from current and future operating areas
- Develop and supervise business development executives
- Develop and implement the company’s business development strategies
- Prepare the company’s strategy for price review and lead price review teams at negotiations. Ensure Price Risk Management is handled accurately and efficiently
- Participate in the development of contracts and agreements. Be responsible for short-term and long-term dredging planning to help the subsidiary and consequently the parent company increase profitability.
Position: Business Development Manager – Maritime
Minimum Qualification:
- Candidates must have B.Sc/BEng. in Master /Marine Engineering/ Engineering with minimum of 10 years cognate experience in Oil and Gas with at least 5 years in Maritime Operations in the Oil and Gas Industry.
- Very good knowledge and understanding of the Maritime industry in Nigeria and West Africa Landscape and the basic guiding statutory laws will be an added advantage.
- Possess experience in chartering operations and management with good knowledge in shipping documents and custom procedures.
- Candidates should have strong links to industry and knowledge of the business drivers for our key markets
Job Description:
- Take responsibility for the overall management and development of the business of offshore marine
- To identify and assist to source for new clients for company tugs and barges
- To assist to develop company to be a leading player in chartering of offshore vessels in this region
- Directly participate in strategic business planning, market analysis, customer relationship development, and contract negotiations for the company related to Maritime
- Develops strategic sales and marketing objectives, maintains sales territories, and monitors quotas and budgets. Manages and develops marketing programs and materials such as customer presentations and trade shows. Acts as a liaison between clients and operations to resolve client’s issues, foster customer relations and develop new business. Champions pricing actions and service contract negotiations,
Work to achieve a higher revenue target, prepare professional proposals and contracts to present to new and existing clientele, and move all opportunities to closure with follow-up meetings presentations, calls, and web demos.
