Position: Business Executives (Ref No: GE004)
Location: Abuja
Duties and Responsibility
- Candidate will ensure that business operates efficiently and profitably while maintaining reputation and ethics
- Coordinate variety of activities within the establishment and combine strategies in day to day activities
Qualifications and Experience
Candidates must possess B.Sc or HND in any discipline
Should have 15 year practical experience in a reputable organization.
Knowledge and skill
- Strong business and interpersonal skill
- Problem solving ability
- Strong organizational skills (prioritize/plan/assign/control)
- Analytical and process skills (Creativity/Flexibility/strategic thinking)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (presentation/listening/persuasion)
- Advance computer literacy: good PC skills and ability to use internet tools
- Ability to work in a diverse environment and culture
- Outgoing, self-motivated, organized, focused and goal driven.
Position: Health Safety and Environment (Ref No. GE005)
Location: Lagos and Abuja
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop an integrated approach to comply with Health, Safety and Environment regulations issues as well as to keep compliance costs low, avoid potential litigation and protect company corporate image
- Ensuring company compliance with relevant HSE regulations at all times
- Optimize investment in compliance related issues.
- Allow best practices to be shared easily within a company
- Improve corporate image by demonstrating commitment to Health, safety and Environment issues
- Candidate will ensure that company’s contractors operations are carried out in accordance with HSE regulations
- Provide safety support to project Managers
- Encourage continuous improvement in HSE standards
- Carry out proactive workplace inspection and risk assessment
- Liaise with statutory agencies on HSE
- Implement HSE statutory regulations and ensure compliance at all levels.
Qualifications and Experience
- Candidate must possess Bachelors and/or Masters degree in any discipline with recognized HSE professional qualifications.
- Should have minimum of (7) seven years experience.
Knowledge and Skills
- High level of initiative and ability to work well in a team environment
- Extremely detail oriented
- Technical competence (understand software, hardware, networks, etc)
- Motivated, goal oriented, persistent and a skilled negotiator
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Handles stressful situations and deadline pressures well
- Plans and carries out responsibilities with minimal direction.
Position: Graduate Trainee (Sales and Marketing) -Ref No. GE006
Location: Abuja
Duties/Responsibilities
- Achieve sales target in assigned territory within operational guideline
- Ensure implementation of the company’s distribution system through full coverage of the territory
- Maintain and develop good and mutually beneficial business relationship with all levels of customer in the territory
- Collect, interpret and analyze correct market information and advise superior officer
- Conduct business review meetings with customers
- Identify and develop new market opportunities
- Execute all market activities within assigned territory.
Qualifications and experience
- Candidates must possess Bachelors degree holder in any discipline
- Proficiency in computer soft ware usage
- NYSC discharge certificate
- Not more than 26 years
- Ability to speak 2 major Nigerian local languages.
Knowledge and skills
- Applicants must demonstrate high initiative and versatility
- Energetic and enthusiastic individual with strong desire to sell
- Excellent interpersonal skill
