Position: Executive Assistant Ref: Esty 009
Job Summary:
The Executive Assistant will be responsible for planning, control and coordination of the Managing Director’s business activities through the effective management of delegated duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Managing Director.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the formulation and implementation of corporate marketing strategy for current and future product portfolio.
- Assist in the formulation and implementation of logistics and optimization of supply chain strategies.
- Liaise with top management and directors,
- Assist the Managing Director in brainstorming and proffering solutions to problems facing the organization from time to time.
- Manage the flow of physical and electronic correspondence in and out of the Managing Director’s office
- Represent the Managing Director at inter-departmental meetings and certain external events.
- Detailed management of the Managing Director’s schedule
Qualifications & Experience:
- A good university degree (preferably with a Masters’ Degree)
- Minimum of 3 – 5 years experience in planning / strategy position in a reputable organisation
Position: Personal Assistant Ref: Esty 010
Job Summary:
The Personal Assistant to the Managing Director provides general secretarial and administrative support for the MD of the Organisation. He/she is required to exercise independent judgment and discretion in completing assignments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project a professional image for the company, and as may be directed handles visitors’ requirements and routine matters for the MD’s attention.
- Manages the MD daily itinerary and diary.
- Keeps an up to date and accurate diary and schedule of important Company activities and events.
- Makes necessary travel arrangements for the Managing Director and other Company Executive
- Processes incoming and outgoing mail
- Maintains an effective document and filing management system for the MD’s Office.
- Schedules and coordinates important meetings/events.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Good 1st degree from a reputable tertiary institution or
- 3-4 years secretarial and/or administrative experience within a reputable corporate establishment.
