Duties
- This is senior management position reporting to the Group Managing Director.
- The successful candidate will coordinate and implement the human resources services function, policies & programs, recruitment, selection, staffing, organization management, policy development, documentation, compensation and employee benefits for the group.
Qualification, Experience & Requirement
- Bachelors Degree in Human Resources/Industrial or a related field/MBA
- A minimum of 8-10years experience in HR at a senior management position
- Human resource skill, administration, negotiation, communication and organization management skill
- Knowledge of Payroll/salary administration
Position: Head Housekeeping and House Keepers – (4) (Port Harcourt)

Duties
- This is a senior officer role, reporting lo the General Manager Successful candidate is to contribute to the comfort of guests and ensures the daily general upkeep, cleaning and maintenance of the hotel bedrooms.
- He/She is to ensure and monitor the financial performance of the housekeeping operation and its efficiency.
- He/She is responsible for the hygiene, safety of the bedrooms and ensures guest receive high quality service.
Qualification, Experience & Requirement
- Experience in house keeping in a standard hotel
- OND/HND Hotel & Mgt
- 5-10 yrs experience
- Good interpersonal skill, attention to detail, team work, taking initiative, listening ear and stress management,
