Our Client, a leading Nigerian independent integrated energy company, currently playing in the downstream sector of the Petroleum Industry now wishes to set up an E&P Company with the aim of acquiring, developing and producing oil & gas assets safely and efficiently for the benefits of all stakeholders, The Company is seeking to recruit talented professionals in a wide variety of fields to lead and drive the business.
The prime candidates would be seasoned professionals with proven skills in their areas of specialization and would be expected to work in a leadership team to deliver business targets. Job Title: H&E Manager

- Sound knowledge of HSE Management System with experience of incident investigation, auditing and risk analysis within the upstream sector of Oil and Gas.
- Track record of Achievements in HSE Policy implementation and Performance Management in upstream Organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Safety & Health or Engineering, with minimum of 15 years E&P experience, which five must be at a leadership role within the upstream sector of an Oil and Gas. A Post Graduate degree would be an added advantage.

Job Ref: ASP06
- Demonstrable capability in building and operating a strong corporate governance and compliance framework and possess good knowledge of Oil & Gas Industry Laws.
- A self starter with strong drive, matured communication skills and delivery track record.
- First degree in Law, LLB, BL and a member of a Bar Association. Post Graduate degree would be an added advantage. Has at least 10 years work experience with a thorough understanding of corporate/commercial law and corporate governance.
