Job Title: H&E Manager

• Sound knowledge of HSE Management System with experience of incident investigation, auditing and risk analysis within the upstream sector of Oil and Gas.
• Track record of Achievements in HSE Policy implementation and Performance Management in upstream Organization.
• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Safety & Health or Engineering, with minimum of 15 years E&P experience, which five must be at a leadership role within the upstream sector of an Oil and Gas. A Post Graduate degree would be an added advantage.

Job Title: Legal and Company Secretary

Job Ref: ASP06

• Demonstrable capability in building and operating a strong corporate governance and compliance framework and possess good knowledge of Oil & Gas Industry Laws.
• A self starter with strong drive, matured communication skills and delivery track record.
• First degree in Law, LLB, BL and a member of a Bar Association. Post Graduate degree would be an added advantage. Has at least 10 years work experience with a thorough understanding of corporate/commercial law and corporate governance.
