Position: Head Human Resources
Job Description
- Develop, define and implement HR strategy, with particular focus on maintaining and improving employer/ employee relations, employee engagement and talent management within the business.
Qualification
- BSC degree in related disciplines. A Post graduate diploma or certificate in Human Relations/Management or membership of relevant professional body will be an advantage.
- Minimum of 10 years experience with years as Head HR. Proven track record in human resource management and passion for driving change and continuous improvement.
- Ability to work without supervision and motivate staff
Position: Human Resources Officer
Job Description
Requirement

Qualification
- Applicants should have B.sc degree in Humanities
- 2-5 Years Post graduate experience and 3 Years in a related position
Position: HES Coordinator
Job Description
- Lead the development, rollout and maintenance of HES including and procedures, incorporating new requirements in line with industry.
Qualification
- Applicant should have B.sc degree in health and safety, Engineering, Safety or risk Studies with 10 years of experience in HES with at least 5 years’ experience in the oil and gas industry
- .Proven capacity of leadership in managing HES audits, incident investigations, reporting and performance management
- Farniliar with the development of HAZOPs, HAZIDs etc
