Vacancies: Human Resources Officer, Material Warehouse Coordinator

Our client, an Indigenous Oil and Gas Company involved in development of an oil field in the Niger Delta region of Nigeria, plans to develop its production facilities consisting of a flow station   and gas plant, oil and gas flow lines, pipelines and water disposal system. Consequently, there is an opportunity to grow with a new and dynamic company for professionals required to fill the below vacant positions in the Company

Position: Human Resources Officer (F.15)

Location:  Akwa Ibom State

Duties

  • Assist the HR Manager coordinate HR and general admin policies and procedures, including recruitment, development retention processes, industrial relations matters and general office administration.

Specific Qualification:

  • Degree in humanities, technical or commercial background with at least 5 years work experience in a medium to large company. Familiar with HR processes, systems and procedures in the Nigerian oil/gas industry.

Position: Material Warehouse Coordinator (F.16)

Location:  Akwa Ibom State

Duties

  • Candidate will be in charge of operational support to supply chain management and production/field operations in receiving, distribution, management and control of materials and equipment into inventory and subsequent dispatch to projects sites and production facilities; Manage materials tracking system; Reports to Head, Supply Chain Management/Procurement

 

Specific Qualification:

  • HND in an Engineering or Business Discipline with 8 years work experience in warehousing & inventory management in a major oil/gas company.

General Qualification

  • All candidates must have excellent communications, organisational, well developed leadership, inter-personal problem solving and analytical skills plus knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite software.
