Requirements:
- Applicant should have B.Sc in Human Resource Management or Business Administration.
- Master’s degree is an advantage.
- 5 years minimum total post graduate experience.
- Candidate must be able to communicate and write effectively.
- Possess a strong bias for action and a keen sense of urgency.
- Ability to analyze organizational behavior as well as human behavioral characteristics and motivations.
