Position:  Lead Subsea Controls System Engineer

Job Roles

  • Assist the SPS Engineering Manager in preparation of the Basic Engineering (BE) Design Dossier and Call for Tender (ITT) package for the SPS.
  • Provide specialist support for supervision of the BE Contractor for Subsea Control System related elements of the SPS.
  • Participate to tender evaluation of CFT responses and in preparation of the Recommendation To Award (RTA). Effect successful manufacture and testing of all Subsea Controls equipment purchased.
  • Monitor and advise on Third Party Procurement and compliance of same with project Requirements.
  • Liaise with other disciplines (particularly Manifolds, Trees and Installation and Work Over Controls System – IWOCS) and Packages (UFR, FPSO, Drilling and Field Operation teams) to ensure cross-package and inter-contract compliance and consistency in installation and operation.
  • Review and comment on detailed design documents to ensure consistency

 

Minimum Qualification:

  • Professional Engineer 10 to 15 years experience in Subsea Control Systems equipment, including topsides as well as underwater located components. Previous experience of Company
  • Operator Representation during FEED / Basic Engineering Studies is a distinct advantage

 

Position:  UFR Anchors and Subsea Structural Engineer

Job Roles

  • Managing the Anchors and Subsea Structures Detailed Engineering/ Qualification/ Procurement documentation.
  • Follow up manufacturing, fabrication, installation and pre-commissioning activities performed by UFR Team
  • Assisting in interface management with FPSO, OLT and SPS.
  • Answering UFR Contractor technical queries as necessary.
  • Reviewing design specifications, calculations, reports, drawings, etc and interface with other engineering disciplines in a multi-task environment.
  • Reviewing computer-aided Subsea structural designs and analyses as prepared and reported by design team
  • Knowledge of Front End Engineering and detailed design and tracking design changes
  • Validation of detail design calculations for Pipelines.
  • Verification fat site) of existing facilities and existing drawings, including coordination of site of site surveys
  • Participate in Risk Assessment and Constructability reviews of engineering deliveries
  • Ensuring that expectations are met in terms of technical quality of the design deliveries

Minimum Qualification

  • B Sc or higher degree in civil engineering and a registered Engineer
  • 8-10 years of Oil and Gas production facility. Subsea structure design experience
  • Proficiency in Deepwater steel structure and detail design specifications is mandatory
  • Strong bias and experience in foundation design for heavy machinery
  • Good working knowledge of relevant international structural design codes and international standards and recommended practices.
  • Offshore Oil and Gas production facility design and software experience
