Position: National Sales Manager (NSM – Lagos)
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years sales experience in the Lubricant industry
- Must not be more than 38years of age with a high sense or maturity and character
- Highly developed verbal, written, interpersonal communication and negotiation skills
- Manage and develop a team of Zonal Business Managers
- Experience in creating, implementing and tracking sales strategy to drive performance.
- Must be results-oriented and able to work both independently and within a team environment.
- Must be conversant with the peculiarities of the Lube level of organizational ability
- Valid driver’s license.
Qualification
- B.Sc/HND in Engineering, Sciences or Social Sciences.
- An MBA will be an added advantage.
Position: Zonal Business Managers
Locations: Abuja, Sokoto, Maiduguri, Aba, llorin and Ibadan)
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years sale, experience in the Lubricant industry.
- Must not be more than 35vears of age
- Highly developed verbal, written, interpersonal communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in creating and implementing sales strategy.
- Must be able to collect customer feedback, track competitors forecast future trends through market research.
- Must be results-oriented and able to work both independently and within a team environment.
- Must have working knowledge of assigned territory.
- The Position demands high level of Maturity, Hard work and Integrity, and is Target driven.
- Valid driver’s license.
Qualification
- B.Sc/HND in Engineering, Sciences or Social Sciences,

Position: Sales Engineers/Representatives
Locations: Lagos, Benin, PH, Calabar, Horin, Ibadan, Kano, Abuja,
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years Field sales experience in the Lubricant
- Must be conversant with the territory’ of interest
- Must not be more than 32years of age.
- Highly developed Verbal, Written and interpersonal Communication skills.
- Goal oriented with a desire to exceed set targets.
- Demonstrated track record of producing results.
- Must be results-oriented and able to work both independently and within a team environment
- Valid driver’s license.
Qualification
- BSc/HND in Engineering, Social or Social Sciences
