Position: Project Quality Manager
- We are seeking for Project Quality Manager with EPCM project experience who is self-driven and client oriented to conduct PQMS for the construction of a gas processing plant.
Qualification and Requirements:
- Applicant should have minimum of 10 years experience in the role of Quality Engineers/Manager on major EPCM projects
- Knowledge of Engineering Assurance from pre-feasibility, execution to handover
- Quality Control experience with respect to fabrication and construction
- Knowledge of national and international codes, standards and specifications related to fabrication of pressurized and non-pressurized plant and equipment
- Sound management and communication skills
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 and Auditing.
Key responsibilities:
- Establish a framework for and continually drive, quality management on the projects
- Provide a consistent approach to quality on the projects and. through it, facilitate the sharing of best practices by the Project Teams and Contractors
- Ensure that risk behaviors are not accepted and or condoned
- Be the quality related link between Head Office, the Site Project Team and Contractors
- Establish and maintain a good relationship with the Client’s Quality Department Manage the full spectrum of quality across the projects
- Ensure the establishment of the necessary systems and tools to support the effective implementation and management of quality across the projects.
- Develop and co-ordinate the process of reporting quality on all projects.
Position: Principal Design, Manufacturing and Construction Engineer
We are seeking for engineers with experience in design and construction in oil, gas, petrochemical, and chemical (industries for the construction of a gas processing plant.
Qualification and Requirements:
- Candidate should have minimum of 7 years relevant experience in design and construction in gas or chemical plant
- Degree in Mechanical / Civil / Structural / Chemical Engineering or its equivalent
- Good analytical and quality conceptual skills.
- Strong leadership qualities and independent.
- Possesses project management experience in managing the construction of process plant with proven track records.
- Possesses field construction execution experience in mechanical, process piping/equipment & Steel structure installation.
Key responsibilities:
- Responsible for planning, scheduling and execution to ensure projects carried out in accordance with the project execution plan and client s requirement
- Able to handle detailed engineering work plans, activities and tasks in petrochemical plant
- Responsible for pipe fabrication, installation planning and technical engineering support
- Able to interpret piping codes & standards, material selection, plant layouts
- Coordination of activities of the drafting team
- Responsible for all site civil and structural matters related to process construction activities accordance with the project execution plan and clients requirement.
