Vacancies: Senior Automation and Instrument Engineer, Instrument Engineer
Our client, an Indigenous Oil and Gas Company involved in development of an oil field in the Niger Delta region of Nigeria, plans to develop its production facilities consisting of a flow station and gas plant, oil and gas flow lines, pipelines and water disposal system. Consequently, there is an opportunity to grow with a new and dynamic company for professionals required to fill the below vacant positions in the Company
Position: Senior Automation & Instrument Engineer (F.17)
Location: Akwa Ibom State
Duties:
- Provides technical assurance on projects for automation, instrument, and control as well as compliance with HSSE requirements and procedures; Will participate in project concept, design/reviews, execution and start-up.
Specific Qualification:
- Degree in Automation, Chemical Controls, Electrical/Electronics, Instrumentation Mechanical or Systems Engineering plus registration with recognised professional engineering body with at least 10 years work experience.
Position: Instrument Engineer (F.18)
Location: Akwa Ibom State
Duties:
- Provides the overall operation and technical assurance of the process control (including basic, complex loops, advance contraband safety systems for the plant. Will be involved in technical evaluation, costing, design, construction and installation of control and safety systems for on shore facilities,
Specific Qualification:
- Degree in Automation, Chemical Controls, Electrical/Electronics Instrumentation Mechanical or Systems Engineering plus registrar, with recognized professional engineering body with at least 4 years work experience
General Qualification
- All candidates must have excellent communications, organisational, well developed leadership, inter-personal problem solving and analytical skills plus knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite software.
