Position:  UFR Head of Line pipes Package

 

Job Roles

  • Monitor and manage all Supplier queries (inclusive of management of changes such as request for deviations) including answers implementation.
  • Evaluate and develop answers to Supplier letters.
  • Ensure interfaces (technical and schedule) requirements are all accounted for by liaising regularly with the company.
  • Package Interface Leader ensuring the inter-discipline coordination.
  • Ensure schedule and quality critical activities are all identified liaising and coordination with its QC team to have adequate coverage for these equipment.
  • Follow, validate and report Supplier activities progress to UFR Packages DGM
  • Provide necessary support to main UFR package on follow-up of technical actions interface with local authorities related to line pipes PO.
  • With assistance from corporate specialists, in charge to conduct or coordinate all technical reviews and audits.
  • Ensure all project Quality aspects / Quality Management Plan applicable to the work for both Supplier and team are implemented and managed. Including as necessary audit performance.
  • Ensure all project HSE aspects applicable to the work for both Supplier and Project team are implemented and managed; Including as necessary audit performance.
  • As part of his day-to-day tasks he will ensure the liaison and coordination of both the project technical team and project control team for all necessary review and inputs.

 

Position:  Lead Domestic & Gas Pipeline Asset Superintendent

  • Support the preparation of dossiers of strategic and business nature to be submitted.
  • Develop economic models for appraisal of business plans for Domestic Gas Development projects
  • Consolidate and act up as source of information for all technical/operational e.g metering information of gas supply and transportation.
  • Maintain database of all Gas Assets as may be required by Government Agencies
  • Carry out statistical analysis to support gas business
  • Manages all construction activities required for the successful execution of pipeline replacement program during the planning, construction, installation, commissioning and start-up phase
  • Member of the pipeline replacement program leadership team providing direction to achieve project objectives and execution strategies, planning and implementation.
  • Responsible to establish and manage construction site facilities required for pipelines program
  • Lead and manage the pipelines construction group including construction engineers and construction superintendents and supervisors
  • Provide the PMT interface between the work face and the Site Manager and/or Construction Lead
  • May serve as the lead Clients representative at sub-sites where the Site Manager (Construction Lead) typically does not reside.
  • May serve (and/or relieve) as the Vessel Lead
  • Supervise Construction Discipline Leads & Construction Tech / Foremen
  • Implement project safety, quality, schedule and cost objectives during the construction, installation, commissioning and startup phase

 

Minimum Qualification

  • BSC / MSC in Engineering
  • 10 to 15 years core technical midstream/upstream experience.
  • Relevant offshore pipeline & hook-up experience
  • Minimum of 10 yrs. experience in Leadership role project management (GAS)
