We are a fast growing plastics production business. We produce plastic drums, jerry cans, bottles and other custom containers for the petroleum products, food and pharmaceutical industries.
Position: Assistant General Manager-Operations-Plastics Production (Nigerian or Expatriate)
The AGM operation is an Executive Management position responsible jointly with the General Manager for the planning, direction and control of the business. This involves:
- A clear understanding and buy in into the corporate goals
- Leadership of Good Manufacturing Practice
- Human and material resources management
- Oversight of budget implementation
- Monitoring of all reporting processes from factory floor to executive management
- Direction of the marketing and business development function.
A suitable person for the position would have the following educational attainments and work experience.
Qualification:
Candidates must have B.Sc/HND Chemical or Polymer Engineering, or Industrial Chemistry,
Membership of related professional Polymer Science/Engineering.
10 or more year experience in plastic plant operations and participation in development/top management of the business
Deep knowledge of the plastics industry in Nigeria.
