Position: Chief Security Officer
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement policies, standards and guidelines related to corporate security
- Oversee the continuous monitoring and protection of facilities and personnel
- Define and implement risk assessment programs to identify threat to critical assets, vulnerabilities and implement safeguards recommendations
Qualification & Experience:
- Must be a retired senior officer from the Navy, Army, Police & SSS
- Should possess a degree in Criminology
- Thorough knowledge of security functions
- Relevant years of experience in security related jobs.
Position: Security Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and ensure that relevant security and emergency response plans are maintained at all times
- Ensure conformity of standard security operating procedures
- Conduct regular site visit and security audit in all locations
- Provide weekly and monthly security & safety assessment report on all locations.
- Ensure that Guards are trained properly against all security challenges
- Ensure safe and secure working environment for all employees, visitors at Locations
- Will report to chief security officer
Qualification & Experience:
- Minimum of OND and Equivalents
- Retired officers from the Navy. Police, Army @ SSS
- Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision
- Reliable, committed, loyal and trustworthy
Position: Security Guards
Qualification:
- Retired officers
- Age between 25- 35 years
- Able bodied men with experience in private security companies
