A Reputable Printing Organization is seeking highly qualified candidates to fill the positions below:
Position: Shift Production Manager
Responsibilities:
- Supervise production activities from press to finishing/bindery in line with defined processes and procedures.
- Coordinate production start ups, shutdowns, and changeovers.
- Ensure that shift targets are met.
- Responsible for quality control. Make adjustments as necessary during shift to produce within specifications
Requirements:
- A good first degree
- Minimum of 7 years in a reputable press, with at least 3 years in supervisory position
- Eager to learn and adapt to new things
- Should be good in documentation
- Good knowledge and hands-on on word and excel is desired
Position: Chief Security Officer
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage the overall enterprise process for security strategy
- Develop and implement policies, standards and guidelines related to corporate security
- Oversee the continuous monitoring and protection of facilities and personnel
- Define and implement a risk assessment programmes to identify critical assets, assess threats and vulnerabilities and implement safeguard recommendations.
Requirements:
- A bachelor degree or acceptable certifications
- Thorough knowledge of security issues in corporate organizations and the country
- Minimum 10 years of experience in security related jobs such as in corporate or government organization, army, air force, navy, paramilitary forces
