Position: Head Mistress
Requirements of the Head Mistress
The candidate for the post of the principal is expected to possess the following, among others:
- Minimum of a Master’s degree in English language or any of the core sciences
- Professional teaching qualification
- Montessori qualification is a must.
- Minimum of five years productive experience as Head Mistress of a school with tangible evidence of superlative performance
- Between 35 and 45 years.
Job Description
- Day to day supervision of the school’s activities with Montessori experience
- Assessment of staff
- Promotion of quality service delivery among staff
- Active involvement in general management of the school
