Vacancies: Electrical and Mechanical Engineers, Building Systems Maintenance Officers
We are a Multidisciplinary Firm of Consultants in the Building Industry situated in Lekki, Lagos, Nigeria. As part of our expansion strategy, we require energetic, dynamic and experienced professionals to fill the following vacant positions:
Position: Electrical and Mechanical Engineers
Qualifications:
- B.Sc. in Mechanical, Electrical and Electronic Engineering from a reputable institution.
Key competencies
- Prospective candidates must be proficient in use of AUTOCAD and AUTOCAD MEP
- Ability to work with NES and HECACOM Software is an added advantage
- Candidates must possess knowledge of building services engineering design software
- Knowledge of project administration and management is required
- Excellent team working and people skills
- A comprehensive understanding of electrical/mechanical health and safety regulations.
Experience: 3 years post NYSC experience.
AGE: 25 – 30 YEARS.
Position: Building Systems Maintenance Officers
Qualification:
- B.Sc/HND in relevant discipline
Key competencies
- Building Maintenance, repairs and decorating.
- Facility cleanliness and safety
- Assessing of and repair to buildings
- Equipment and appliance maintenance and operation
- Demonstrated ability to work individually and in a team environment
Experience: 6 years experience in Building Maintenance.
AGE: 26-35 YEARS.
