Position: Instrumentation Technician (Toots Department): NMT/E/TT/TD

Job Description
Candidates will be responsible for tools requirement, storing, issuing re-sharpening and reconditioning as well as recalibration of measuring instruments and gauges.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree or HND in Mechanical Engineering with 5 years experience in Tooling Design and development.
Position: Method / Process Engineer NMT/E/MPE

Job Description
- Candidates will be responsible for processing of manufacturing records, establishment of time and cost estimation to determine production operation cost and monitor plant utilization and workers performance.
- Assess availability of raw materials and the safety as well as environmental impact of the plant;
- Manage the cost and time constraints of projects by supporting the conversion of small-scale processes into commercially viable large-scale operations
- Ensuring the plant processes works at the optimum level to the right rate and quality of output
- Monitor and ensure that all aspects of an operation or process meet specified regulations;
- Working closely with other specialists responsible for the quality control of raw materials, intermediates and finished products; engineers responsible for plant maintenance, commercial colleagues on product specifications and production and the operating crew to ensure total compliance to plant process.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering or related discipline with 5 years industry experience in production method / process audit and management
