Position: Resident Technician (Senior Superintendent)
AGE 35-40YEARS
Key Responsibilities
- Supervision and monitoring of all residential and commercial facilities and equipments.
- Operation and repair of all plants and machinery.
- Payment of utility, facility and engineering charges, bills and rates.
- Draw up maintenance programme of all plants and equipments.
- Regularly carry out a condition survey of all plants and equipments.
- Liaison with of all facility and engineering service providers and vendors.
- Supervision of maintenance of all facilities and equipments.
- Carry out other task and assignments as may be required by Management.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION
- HND/City and Guides in Electrical Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience in maintenance of Electro Mechanical Equipment is critical.
- Must be computer literate, numerate and detail oriented.
- Membership of relevant professional bodies will be an advantage.
EXPERIENCE
- Must have minimum of 8 years experience in modern office buildings.
- At least eight (8) years as team leader in Facilities Maintenance/Engineering company

• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Leadership and management skills
• Ability to work with little supervision.
