Position: ICT/Telecommunication
(Revenue Assurance Analyst)
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities:
- Perform analysis focusing on Telecom Operator Network, Data sources and Telecom OSS/BSS.
- Review Reporting Requirements and devise Revenue Assurance / Fraud.
- Management System Plan based on project scope.
- Review the reports, review and manage alarms, issues, scope changes, risks and controls.
- Formulate new KPIs and finalize reports.
- Analyse reports, present findings. Quantify RA Rol.
- Participate in Revenue Assurance Leakage and Fraud Exposure Analyses.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree with experience in Telecom operator environment.
- 3-5 years relevant hands-on experience of Revenue Assurance in Telecom Operator environment
- Technical Skills such as Kenan, Arbor, Kenan FX, RA & FM Analyst, Business Analysis, Mediation, Rating, Interconnect, Revenue Assurance, Fraud Management, Billing.
- A good understanding of wireless/ wire line Networks and the revenue stream associated with them.
- Exposure to any specific Tier 1 billing system (BSCS/Kenan/Amdocs/..) will be big advantage.
- Experience in building and executing PL/SQL queries for analysis using tools like Toad.
- Experience with prepaid/ roaming/ Interconnect and other call scenarios with exposure to analysis of Telecom risk areas.
- Willingness to travel up to 75% for client site projects.
