Vacancies: Project/Technical Manager, Electrical/Mechanical Technicians
Our organization is a Dynamic and Medium Sized Telecommunication, Oil & Gas and Electrical/Mechanical Engineering Company located in Lagos and Outside with different regional offices and is involved in providing solutions to the major GSM license holders. We require the services of the below personnel:
Position: Project/Technical Manager (Code: PM/TM)
Responsibilities/Skills
- Overall project management including client relationship and vendor management and managing project schedule, budget, quality and project implementation,
- Strategic management of technical personnel
- Detailed oriented with quantitative acumen
- Ability to communicate effectively using both verbal and written communication channels
- Ability to work within a team, guiding and coordinating towards achieving common objectives as well as organize and facilitate brainstorming seminars
- Effective negotiating skills
- Excellent management and budget control skills
- Good client management and relationship management skills
Minimum Qualification / Experience
- BSC/HND or equivalent in Engineering preferably Electrical or Mechanical. Equivalent of MSC/MBA will be an added advantage
- At least 8 years Project / Engineering management experience. Extensive experience in Telecoms or Related industry will be an added advantage,
- Full knowledge and experience in the application of professional management methodologies is essential
- An internationally recognized professional certificate such as PMI will be desirable but not mandatory
- Good knowledge of Mechanical / Electrical Engineering,
- The successful candidate must not be more than 40 years of age.
Position: Electrical/Mechanical Technicians (Code: ET/MT)
Requirements
- OND in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Trade Test I, II, and III or related discipline.
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Experience in SDMO and Perkins Engine will be an added advantage
- 3 years experience in a related field. With at least one year of it in a cell site Maintenance company.
