Vacancies: Service Manager, Solutions Engineer
A Pioneering African Telecommunications Company, requires the services of experienced professionals to fill vacancies in our expanding operations. Experience of Data, IP and Broadband solutions is essential in addition to a background of working with Mobile Operators, Telcos and ISPs. Position: Service Manager:

Qualification
- University graduate in Engineering, Computer Science, Physics and other numerical Sciences from reputed institutes.
- MBA degree will be an added advantage
- Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills,
- Highly analytical with strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
- Self -motivated with ability to work with minimal supervisior.
Experience
- 7- 0 years post graduation work experience.
- Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in a Customer Service/Service Assurance/NOC environment with a Telecom/IT company.
- Technical understanding of IP, MPLS VPN, IPLC, NPLC, Data Centre Solutions and value Added Services.
Responsibilities
- Manage clients and accounts assigned as well as build good rapport and relationships to ensure business growth.
- Improve customer satisfaction levels by ensuring that clients receive adequate levels of service.
- Update and provide all necessary accounts information to support business decisions.
- Analyze the business challenges, practices, needs and requirements of clients to uncover needs and opportunities and proposes additional/new projects or service products.
- Prepare and present project solutions /proposals to clients, including performing product demonstrations if required.

Qualification
- University graduate In Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications or Computer Science from a reputed Engineering institute.
- Postgraduate degree in technical field will be an added advantage.
- Cisco certifications will be an added advantage,
- Analytical skills and good interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
Experience
- 7- 1 0 years post graduation work experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of working experience in solutions architecture desiring with a leading telo.
- Expedience in crafting customer specific technical solutions covering IP MPLS VPN, IPLC, NPLC. Data Centre Solutions and Value Added Services.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical architecture analysis and design for solutions to meet customers’ specific requirements.
- Responsible for making technical presentations to customer during the pre~ sales stage.
- Provide help to sales teams in terms proposing precise technical and commercial viable solution to customer.
- Assist in the bid process for now businesses.
- Maintain expertise by keeping abreast with latest technology trends and developments in the industry
