The anticipated SIDHAS (Strengthening Integrated Delivery of HIV/AIDS Services) Project, The goals of this project are to provide quality HI V/AIDS services throughout Nigeria (including anti-retroviral treatments) and expand the capacity of the public and private sectors to sustain these services, enhancing the quality of services at national, state, and local levels and demonstrating increased leveraging of funding from the Government of Nigeria as well as other sources. This project will include a component to develop benchmarks to monitor and evaluate this expanded capacity of the health system to coordinate, support, deliver, and monitor quality HIV/AIDS care, treatment, and laboratory services
Position: Associate Director, Programs
Location: Abuja
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in public health or relevant field.
- Minimum of 6 years senior-level, relevant public health experience in HIV/AIDS. Demonstrated leadership and management skills: experience supervising staff.
- Proven experience with management and monitoring of development programs in the health area, including identifying and addressing programmatic, financial, administrative, and logistics needs. Experience with monitoring and evaluation

Qualifications:
- Minimum of a Master’s degree in public health or relevant field.
- Minimum of 5 years senior level, relevant public health experience in management, coordination, and technical supervision of HIV/AIDS programs at the State or Zonal level.
- Experience building and maintaining successful partnership with local governments and other stakeholders
- In-depth knowledge and experience with HIV/AIDS prevention, treatments and care, support, HIV/TB, and related areas Demonstrated leadership and management skills; experience supervising staff
- Strong understanding of interventions in health system strengthening
