Vacancies: Inventory Coordinator, Health Safety, Security Environment and Quality/Facility Coordinator, Operations Analyst
Our company is a product handling organization, due to expansion in the scope of our operations vacancies exist for the under-listed positions:
Position: Inventory Coordinator
The job holder reports to the Inventory Manager and is responsible for the preparation of inventory. He /she ensure that inventories of all items are accurately and timely recorded as they occur.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work with Inventory Manager to ensure that accurate re-order levels, minimum and maximum stock levels are set.
- Monitoring regularly and review slow moving/idle stock items and prepare necessary reports to the Inventory Manager for necessary management action.
- Participates in monthly and periodic stock count exercise is carried out to ensure inventory accuracy and prepare reports for management.
- Participates in periodic asset verification exercise is implemented.
- Carry out day to day input of receipts and issues using duly approved source documents
- Ensure proper arrangement of spares in the spare parts store.
Qualification: the ideal candidate
- Must possess a minimum of a B.Sc/HND in Accounting, statistics, Economics or Business Administration from a recognized higher institution.
- Minimum of 2 years working experience preferably in the transport and logistics sector
- Must have good knowledge of Microsoft tools such as excel power point, word etc.
- Must be conversant with budget preparation budgetary controls and review.
- Knowledge of NAVISON ERP” would be an added advantage.
Position: Health Safety, Security Environment & Quality/Facility Coordinator
The job holder is responsible for developing, implementing, maintaining, auditing and supervising Health, Safety, Security, Environmental programs in line with national and international standards.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- HSSE Policy formulation and Review
- Developing Procedures and Standards and ensure implementation
- Follow up Recommendations on HSSE Audit and Monitor Compliance in line with HSSE
- Procedure and standards
- Coordinate Offsite Rescue Activities
- Inspection of safety apparatus including PPE and enforcing compliance by employees.
- Carry out periodic Risk Assessment on the work environment.
Qualification: the ideal candidate
- Must possess a minimum of a B.Sc/HND in Human Resources, Statistics, Economics, Microbiology or Science from a recognized higher institution.
- Minimum of 2 years working experience preferably in the transport and logistics sector
- Good knowledge of Microsoft tools such a excel power point, word etc to enable him/her generate required reports.
- Possession of NISP level 2 certification or its equivalent.
Position: Operations Analyst
The job holder generates complete and accurate operational information that will aid sound management decisions. He analyzes data generated and highlights critical issues affecting the achievement of set target.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Generate daily operational reports on performance completion index etc
Ensure client’s invoices are collated and prepared as scheduled
Analysis of operational reports for necessary management

- Must possess a minimum of a B.Sc/HND in Accounting, statistics, Economics or Business Administration from a recognized higher institution.
- Good operation background will be an added advantage
