Position: Divisional Head, Business Process Improvement Strategy
The candidate will design processes to help deliver sustainable value to the customers through the application of continuous improvement methodologies.
Principal Accountabilities/Skills:
- Responsible for process integrity, quality assurance of group operations
- Harmonize various manufacturing processes within the group for better performance
- Focus on implementing production efficiency through the Balance Score Card
- A good first degree in Engineering or related field, a second degree is an added advantage
- Minimum 5 years business process management experience at senior management level
Position: Head Business Development (International Markets)
Exciting opportunity for an Executive who will be responsible for deepening and expanding our international clientele.
Principal Accountabilities / Skills:
- Be responsible for international marketing operations of the group which would cover all sectors (public and private) and for all group products and services
- Create and execute sales growth plans for the assigned region, including a market assessment of channels of distribution, competitive analysis and marketing opportunities.
- Cultivate and leverage relationships across various African countries in order to secure viable businesses
- Develop and execute a channel marketing plan, including regional trade shows, advertisements, etc.
- Possess a business degree and 10 years of related sales experience (Industry experience is preferred but not compulsory).
- Fluency in both English and French languages is essential.
