Superflux is a specialized document printing company rendering services to key organizations in Nigeria and the West African sub-region. Due to  business expansion, the  company requires  highly competent individuals with proven track record of performance to occupy the following positions:

 

Position: Divisional Head, Business Process Improvement Strategy

The candidate will design processes to help deliver sustainable value to the customers through the application of continuous improvement methodologies.

 

Principal Accountabilities/Skills:

  • Responsible for process integrity, quality assurance of group operations
  • Harmonize various manufacturing processes within the group for better performance
  • Focus on implementing production efficiency through the Balance Score Card
  • A good first degree in Engineering or related field, a second degree is an added advantage
  • Minimum  5  years  business  process  management  experience at senior management level

 

 

Position: Head Business Development (International Markets)

Exciting opportunity for an Executive who will be responsible for deepening and expanding our international clientele.

 

Principal Accountabilities / Skills:

  • Be responsible for international marketing operations of the group which would cover all sectors (public and private) and for all group products and services
  • Create and execute sales growth plans for the assigned region, including a market assessment of channels of distribution, competitive analysis and marketing opportunities.
  • Cultivate and leverage relationships across various African countries in order to secure viable businesses
  • Develop and execute a channel marketing plan, including regional trade shows, advertisements, etc.
  • Possess a business degree and 10 years of related sales experience  (Industry experience is preferred but not compulsory).
  • Fluency in both English and French languages is essential.
