Superflux is a specialized document printing company rendering services to key organizations in Nigeria and the West African sub-region. Due to business expansion, the company requires highly competent individuals with proven track record of performance to occupy the following positions:
Position: Business Development Managers (5 Positions)
Reporting to Divisional Heads
Principal Accountabilities / Skills:
- Responsible for aggressive business acquisition for new services in the security and commercial print industry
- Manage customer relationship
- Source for new businesses in order to achieve set financial targets
- Ensure performance to customer’s specifications
- Previous working experience in media, print and publishing
- Minimum 10 years in sales and marketing to corporate organizations such as Banks, FMCGs, Telecomms and Government Institutions
- Vacancies exist in Lagos, Abuja and West African countries; specific experience in these regions are added advantage; this should be highlighted in your resumes
Position: Human Capital Development Manager
The ideal candidate would develop and implement human capital development strategies for the group in line with the business.
Principal Accountabilities /Skills:
- Broad knowledge and experience in employment law, compensation, manpower planning, organization development, employee relations, safety, and learning and development.
- Must have experience in managing over 300 employees in multiple countries
- Must have been in the driving seat for human capital development strategies in similar employee sized company
- Minimum of Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in Human Resources, Business, Organization Development with over 10 years experience of which 5 years is as HR lead in a medium size organization.
