Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage the request of materials for stores or project assuring the correct procedure for authorization.
- Manage the receiving of materials and equipment according to orders issued by the Procurement.
- Arrange the controls of all materials received, and notify any differences or damage to material.
- Manage the storage of materials received, and to ensure storing and preservation in the preselected storage facility.
- Operate the distribution of materials including the upload and download.
- Support in the preparation of periodic sample inventories
- Manage the preparation and packing of material to be shipped and execute the preparation of the packing list in alignment with the corporate procedures.
- Guarantee monitoring of deadlines and the notification of delays in the delivery of materials by suppliers, to ensure intervention from the appropriate department responsible.
Skills, Competence and Experience
- Good knowledge of accounting systems supporting warehouse management.
- Knowledge of electronic system and software supporting the processing of data, in order to manage stock.
- Understanding of the correct use of Permit to Work system and ability promote the usage of the protective equipments.
- Knowledge of laws and procedures related to international transport, in order to follow the transport and the arrival of the materials requested/sent.
- Must be able to handle all materials in the store in compliance with Company quality policies.
- Good understanding of stock, materials and warehouse management taking into account material request and anticipation of future activities.
- Good understanding of Warehouse procedures.
Qualification
- A Degree in Management Science/Science with at least 5 years of working experience.
- Knowledge of SAP or any related Chain Logistics Management Software.
- Working knowledge of MS Office applications.
Job Title: Mechanic Foreman – MCHF

Duties and Responsibilities:
- To carry out maintenance as planned by asset maintenance engineer on-site, Workshop Manager.
- Manage mechanics assigned to him and promote Health and Safety Consciousness among them.
- Responsible for the management of and deployments of Permit to Work system.
- Keeps shop equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs.
- Estimation of needed number of resources and their skills in order to meet milestones and targets.
- Plan maintenance activities and documentation of deliverables in order to meet schedule milestones considering design workflows and maintenance interfaces with all other disciplines and functions.
- Keeps supplies ready by inventorying stock; placing orders; verifying receipt.
- Maintains vehicle records by recording service and repairs.

Skills, Competence and Experience
- Knowledge of new auto technologies.
- Ability to use computerized diagnostic systems.
- Must be able to interpret design diagrams.
Qualification
- Minimum of 10 years experienced mechanic foreman with knowledge of light duty vehicle, functionality and problem solving action plan in line with manufacturer recommendations.
- A Diploma in Mechanical Technology/Engineering or a C&G certificate.
- Good Computer Skills.
