Our Client, a leading Nigerian independent integrated energy company, currently playing in the downstream sector of the Petroleum Industry now wishes to set up an E&P Company with the aim of acquiring, developing and producing oil & gas assets safely and efficiently for the benefits of all stakeholders, The Company is seeking to recruit talented professionals in a wide variety of fields to lead and drive the business.

  • Broad knowledge of upstream processes, standards and procedures with proven managerial skills in taking tough decisions and providing good leadership, sound judgment with diplomacy in dealing with stakeholders.
  • A seasoned and qualified technical professional with visionary leadership skills in business development, project management, Hydrocarbon maturation (planning and execution) strategic planning and change management.
  • Bachelor degree in Applied Science or Engineering with minimum of 20 years E&P experience working on multiple projects and operations. A Post Graduate degree would be an added advantage

 

Job Title: Chief Operating Officer

  • Bottom-line focused with proven technical and commercial skills to drive delivery of business targets.
  • Recognized mastery in at least one of upstream technical disciplines with broad knowledge of petroleum engineering or project management with demonstrable experience in the successful leadership of multi-discipline/cultural teams.
  • Bachelor degree in Applied Science or Engineering with minimum of 18 years E&P experience working on multiple projects and operations. Post Graduate degree would be an added advantage.
