Position: General Manager
Qualification:
- A degree in Economics, Business Administration, Accounting plus MBA or
- ACA, ACCA.
- Basic IT skills and strong ability to multi task
- Age between 37 and 45 years
- Minimum 10 years cognate experience, 5 of which must have been at senior management levels in a well structured Foam manufacturing outfit.
The incumbent will be responsible for:
- Monitoring, analyzing and implementing business plans and budgets
- Interface with local and overseas customers and suppliers.
- Monitoring and evaluating company’s business activities and day to day operation.
- Team leadership with initiatives and drives.
- Interpretation of company’s financial statements.
- Overall performance and profitability of the company.
- Development of strategic plans for achieving targets goals.
- Compiling and coordinating quarterly and annual report for the company.
- Business Development and marketing of the company’s products,
Position: Sales Managers
Qualification:
- Professional Marketer with B.Sc or HND in marketing or any numerate discipline.
- Basic IT skills is an added advantage,
- Age between 35 and 40 years,
- Minimum 5 years exposure in foam or carpet manufacturing or commercial environment with responsibilities for direct sales strategies and objectives. Conduct effective operation of the sales functions. Co-ordinate the activities of the Area Sales Managers, and inculcate customer services culture in the sales force.
