The Federal University of Petroleum Resources Effurun (FUPRE), Delta State. Nigeria was established in March 2007 under a Federal Government of Niger initiative to build a specialized University to produce unique high level manpower and relevant expertise for the Oil and Gas sector in Nigeria and worldwide.
FUPRE is the first of its kind in Africa and it is destined to be the premier international institution-of-choice with state-of-the-art facilities to provide the
Petroleum and allied sectors, world-class education, training, research. consultancy and extension services.

Position: Principal Librarian
(Library Department)

Qualification:
- Candidates must have a good honours degree and Masters Degree in Library Studies from a recognized University with not less than 8 publications and not less than 10years cognate experience, major part of it must be in a managerial position in an academic environment. A good knowledge of ICT is an added advantage
Position: Academic Planning Officer II

Qualification:
- Candidates must have a good honours degree in Economics, Statistic, Educational Planning or related discipline from a recognized University.
Position: Principal Academic Planning Officer II (CONTISS II 11) (N1,823,167 x N2578, 127)
Qualification:
- Candidates must have a good honours degree in Economics, Statistics, or related discipline with at least 6 years post-qualification experience on the job, preferably in a University System.
- Possession of a higher degree and membership of professional bodies will be added advantages.
- A good knowledge of ICT is mandatory
Position: Senior Science Laboratory Technologist

Qualification:
- Candidates must be holders of a good honours degree or a higher national diploma certificate in NIST with a minimum of 6 years post-qualification experience.
- Possession of a higher degree and membership of professional bodies will be added advantage.
- A good knowledge of ICT is compulsory
Conditions of Service
FUPRE offers a similar remuneration package with what obtains in Federal Government owned Universities.
